We loved our stay at Le Frochot Hotel in Pigalle. It’s a small, stylish boutique property with a warm, personal feel—exactly what we were hoping for in Paris. The staff were outstanding from start to finish: friendly, proactive, and genuinely helpful. When we realized we didn’t have a US-to-EU adapter, they immediately loaned us one for the entire stay—such a lifesaver and a great example of their service mindset. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with excellent A/C (a big plus in the summer) and true blackout curtains that made sleeping in easy. Everything felt well maintained, and we appreciated how restful it was after long days out exploring. The location is fantastic—right in Pigalle and walkable to tons of great restaurants and cafés. It made heading out for dinner super easy, and we loved having so many options steps from the hotel. What we loved: Genuinely kind, attentive staff (thank you for the loaner adapter!) Great hotel in a central part of town and the price was well worth it! Staff were very friendly and the lobby area was very comfortable. They provide ear plugs as I assume the rooms can be noisy, but we honestly had no issues with noise during our stay. The room had very old carpet and there was a very faint smell of smoke, but otherwise room was great and very spacious.
Location is the key! It’s a lively party district and just a comfortable 20-minute walk to Gare du Nord. The rooms are fairly spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are a good size. The night duty staff, Biale, was very polite and helpful. We’ll definitely stay here again.
